Call for Submissions 2018: [blank] realism
Social realism, magic realism, anti-realism, etc . . . there’s a “realism” out there for everyone. Or is there? Headlight invites you to explore the many possibilities and impossibilities of representing the real, whatever that may be. What is reality’s relationship with truth? Where do different realities end, begin, or overlap?
Explore the challenges and responsibilities that come with any attempt to grasp what’s real in text or images. Insert your own realism here.
